Refund policy
We always try to ensure that our products are good quality and value for money. If, however your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or give you a full refund (excluding delivery costs) - whatever your preference.
Bespoke items are non-returnable unless any discrepancy in specifics are our fault.
Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We recommend that you send items under 2Kg by Royal Mail "recorded signed for" or obtain a receipt of posting. For heavy or valuable items please contact us for instructions on how to return to us.
