Shipping policy

We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (USING ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS POST OR PARCELFORCE 48 or 24

We believe it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our UK Standard Delivery option is usually despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger parcels will be shipped by Royal Mail 24 or 48. This means that you should generally receive your items 2-3 days from ordering. However, if you order on Friday or over the weekend your order may take a little longer. Also, during the build up to Christmas items may take longer to arrive. The cost of this Standard UK Delivery Service is variable depending on weight.  (Please note that delivery to the Channel Islands and some outlying parts of the UK may also take a bit longer - simply phone 07932909114 or email info@thecraftyfreemason.co.uk for cost and an estimated delivery date if you need your order urgently.

Delivery to Europe and worldwide is possible but please contact us first so that we can inform you of cost and delivery time.
